Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides participants with assistance and supervision in a shared or independent living environment. The service is designed to help individuals manage daily activities while fostering independence, personal growth, and social inclusion. Participants receive tailored support for tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, budgeting, and managing household routines.

Promoting Independence and Life Skills

SIL focuses on empowering participants to live independently while providing necessary support. Staff work with individuals to develop daily living skills, manage household responsibilities, and maintain safety and wellbeing. The goal is to help participants gain confidence, make choices about their lives, and engage actively in their community, while receiving 24/7 support when needed.
